ESET Inspect instances may be unavailable for the US and Japan regions

This incident has been resolved.

We're identified the issue and monitoring the situation now.

We are experiencing some random instabilities in the US area and are currently working together with the MS Azure team on identifying the root cause.

We are currently investigating this issue.

Currently, all 5 regions, including the latest Noram and Canada since 90min, US 45min, are stable.
We will monitor it for next 2h.

• JPN and EU regions are fully restored and stable.
• US, CA & DE datacenters are undergoing restoration efforts, but stability is not yet achieved.

• Japan region is fully restored and stable.
• Other regions are undergoing restoration efforts, but stability is not yet achieved.

We cannot provide a firm ETA for full global stability yet. Restoration is ongoing, and updates will follow as soon as progress is confirmed.

We are investigating issue with login into ESET Inspect instances mostly for the US region and partially for the JP region too.
