Outage Details

We are working with JPM to be able to process these failing refunds. Currently there is no issue and JPM have stopped the bleeding but the fallout of the incident is finding a way of reconciling these 645 refunds that are stuck. Money Movement Engineers are currently exploring this and Corina Stroescu /Brian Gallagher and Ríana Roche are working with JPM on a solution from their end.
