If I'm logged in, I cannot access etsy without an error screen on their end. If I log out, or use incognito window, it works. Forgot password feature is also doing 400 bad request from the API

The support ticket doesn’t work and says null in many places on my phone screen. On safari browser on iPhone 15. It shows a field for a phone number but asked for an email. I put in my phone number and it won’t submit Etsy blocked my out on the browser but the Etsy seller app was accessible
