2 months agoEtsy won’t let me log in on browser to download my pdf I just bought usually I don’t have an issue but it keeps sending me to a puzzle and then back to Home Screen to log in again my password is right but it just keeps looping and won’t let me log in I can’t download the pattern on my app

2 months agoIf I'm logged in, I cannot access etsy without an error screen on their end. If I log out, or use incognito window, it works. Forgot password feature is also doing 400 bad request from the API

3 months agoI have three items in my cart and it’s showing free. Another purchase I did yesterday would not go through nor would my messages to the seller. I have never seen anything like this in Etsy before.

3 months agoThe support ticket doesn’t work and says null in many places on my phone screen. On safari browser on iPhone 15. It shows a field for a phone number but asked for an email. I put in my phone number and it won’t submit Etsy blocked my out on the browser but the Etsy seller app was accessible
