Fit radio keeps crashing at the gym today. Now we can’t even open the app

I can add google voice assistant in the assistant by “ set up device” it wil connect with GVA but connection with Sonos and Google home gives an error. GVA works fine but not with Sonos.

Entire household setup missing from account. Sonos Ace wouldn't update
Napster does not appear anymore on Sonos. When I go to my account it shows Napster as one of my services. But if I choose an artist tolisten to the Napster app doesn't appear. By the way Napster is working fine for me on my other devices.
Deezer not accessibile from new Sonos app (formerly S2), all work on S1 on same device and network. The search on Deezer work but not the access to Music
