Our carrier has resolved the issue, and new sign-ups are now being processed. However, there is still a backlog for customers who signed up between 11:40 AM and 01:00 PM EST. These numbers are still being processed by our carrier and should be updated shortly.
We have identified an issue with our third-party carrier that is affecting new phone number assignments.
Existing customers are not affected.
We will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates.
