The issue is caused by an update in the McAfee WebAdvisor plugin in Google Chrome. You can resolve this issue by uninstalling the browser plugin or using a different internet browser. You can uninstall a browser plugin by [clicking the menu icon at the top right of the browser window > choose "Extensions" > Manage Extensions]. Uncheck "Enabled" to disable an extension, or click "Remove" to delete it completely. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

The issue only occurs in Google Chrome. For now, you can use another internet browser as a temporary workaround. In the meantime, we are still working on a solution. As soon as there is more information available, we will update this status page.
Data (including, but not limited to accounts, items, general ledger accounts and VAT codes) might not be accessible when creating entries. You will see 'no data' when typing the first letters/numbers in the corresponding fields in an entry or bank statement line. It might work to use the F2-button to select your data instead of typing the input. We are continuing to investigate this issue.
Underlying data may not currently be retrieved when you enter it. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts, general ledger accounts and VAT codes. We are investigating this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
