Exact Online - Payroll tax declaration might not be sent (NL)

We no longer experience delays in sending payroll declarations. If you still see pending payroll declarations, please open the declaration and then choose the 'status' tab. If you do see status 'Sending: pending' and you don't see any [Response van de Belastingdienst] messages one hour after sending, reject this declaration, delete it and create it again. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

You can see which declarations are still being sent via [employees > payroll > payroll process] in the 'tax declaration status' column. When you open the declaration and then choose the 'status' tab, you won't see any [Response van de Belastingdienst] messages. If the status 'sending: pending' takes longer than one hour, reject this declaration, delete it and create it again. If your return is still on 'sending: pending' again one hour after sending, please contact our support department. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

It is possible that your payroll tax declaration is currently not send to the tax authority. In this case it seems to be hanging on status 'sending'. When opening the tax declaration and then choose the tab 'status', no [Response van de Belastingdienst]-messages are shown. We are investigating this issue. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
