The tax authorities have a large number of VIA requests to process, which means that response is not as fast as you are used to. The sending process is running continuously and the data is updated as soon as it becomes available. If you see the message ‘Retrieve VIA’ (NL: 'VIA ophalen') in the authorization log, no additional requests are necessary at this time. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
