The sending process is running continuously and the data is updated as soon as it becomes available. If you see the message ‘Retrieve VIA’ (NL: 'VIA ophalen') in the authorization log, no additional requests are necessary at this time. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

The issue at the tax authorities has been solved however due to the large of volume requests there is a queue in the processing of the VIA-data in Exact Online Fiscaal. Please refrain from retrying to request VIA-data more than once. We are working on dissolving the queue.
