You may experience an issue with the calculation of real estate in Box 3 when actual return is enabled which results in an incorrect calculated actual return. In some scenarios, the value at 31‑12‑2025 is not included in the specification (calculator) of the real estate, which causes the system to calculate a negative actual return equal to the starting value of the residential property. The actual return specification on the overview page of the return will also display an incorrect lower actual return. We have identified the issue and are working on implementing a fix.
