We are investigating a possible service alert. Issue: An Azure SQL incident in Europe is causing connections attemps from the Exclaimer Cloud UI to fail. Azure engineers are aware of the issue and are currently identifying the root cause. Symptoms: The Exclaimer Cloud UI is unavailable as the service is unable to make a connection to the Azure SQL instance. Mailflow is unaffected. Next Update In: 60 minutes or sooner

Exclaimer engineers have confirmed re-established connections to the Azure SQL instance as of 06:16UTC. However Azure engineers are still investigating the full extent of the incident.

If the Azure SQL incident status changes customers may find that that they will be unable to log into the UI. Engineers are continuing to monitor the situation for developments.
