All systems are currently performing as normal once more. We are continuing to monitor the health of the service and will provide updates as required.
Issue: Our metrics provider Datadog is currently unable to provide us with accurate metrics and health data. This is impacting our ability to scale the service automatically in line with load, as well as proactively identify performance problems.
Symptoms: Some services may be reporting errors or delayed response
We have manually scaled key systems in order to ensure continued levels of service as the automatic scaling was not able to function due to the missing Datadog metrics. We are continuing to review the platform performance.
