F5 Distributed Cloud experienced an outage impacting our services between 16:48 - 17:45 UTC on February 27, 2025. This impacted was caused by unexpected issues during a planned maintenance (https://www.f5cloudstatus.com/incidents/t5tdwwmtn67d). F5 Distributed Cloud team has successfully implemented the fix, and the CDN (Content Delivery Network) services are fully operational. If you are still experiencing any service degradation, do not hesitate to contact our Support team to assist you. The incident has been service restored.

F5 Distributed Cloud is working to deploy the fix to restore CDN (Content Delivery Network) services. The CDN is affecting just a few Distributed Cloud Customers only, all XC Console core services and traffic processing remain operating normally. More updates will be provided as relevant information is available.

F5 has identified and is currently investigating further impact to F5 Distributed Cloud's CDN Services.
At this time F5 is currently investigating any correlation to the previous outage which is still considered fully resolved. The current service impacts are limited only to F5's CDN services, all other services should be operating normally.
