Service Disruption: Server Outage - hardware failure

After monitoring the replacement server closely over the past few hours, we can confirm that all customer systems are running stably and operating normally.

The incident is now considered resolved. Replacement hardware has been ordered and will be installed during a scheduled maintenance window, which we will announce separately in advance.

The replacement server has been successfully set up and is now powered on. The customer systems are currently booting up.
We expect all affected services to be fully available again shortly. We will provide a final update once everything has been confirmed as operational.

We have identified a defective mainboard as the cause of the outage. As we do not have a spare mainboard of this type stocked at the data center, we will be migrating the drives into a replacement host system to restore service as quickly as possible.

Replacement hardware has already been ordered.
