[Recovered] AWS Outage preventing bots from joining calls

Current status: Our telemetry shows bots are joining and recording calls successfully. Error rates have subsided and performance is at or near baseline. Impact: Bot call joins are operating normally. Error rates have subsided and performance is at baseline. This incident has been effectively resolved. What we’re doing: We’ve kept enhanced monitoring in place and will maintain close coordination with our vendor. Next update: We’ll update as soon as we have additional information or if there’s a material change.
