Our team continues to work diligently to restore full functionality. All contacts have been restored to the system at this time.

We apologize for the continued disruption. Our efforts to restore full functionality continue. Please be aware that Mass Notifications will continue to experience degraded functionality tomorrow Oct. 8 Please prepare alternative options until full restoration is complete.

We have restored access for most admin accounts. We have also discovered that contacts within the system may be incomplete. We are working to fix this as quickly as possible. If an emergency communication needs to be sent, please contact our Support Team who can perform a list import on your behalf, if provided contacts.

For clients reporting missing data, the likely source are accounts in a temporary inactive status. We are actively working to restore the accounts that are not viewable or active.

We are investigating reports of missing or incomplete data. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Logins have been restored and should be fully restored shortly. Email and Voice remain functional. 10DLC SMS is functional.

Non-10DLC SMS is degraded. Reporting may be unreliable. Import/Export of recipient lists and user accounts is temporarily disabled.
