Degraded Performance

This incident has been resolved. During the night an in the first hours today we were seeing good performance on all of our systems again.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Status summary

As part of our security and vulnerabilities process we started last week to perform necessary security updates on our databases. After this update process we faced some problems with the performance of our databases. Afterwards we implemented some fixes to getting our systems back to original performance again.
Unfortunately we continue to have very limited performance in our systems due to database issues. In the meantime our measures have led to an initial slight improvement in performance. But at the moment we can't say how sustainable this is. These adjustments are now subject to close monitoring. Our database experts continue to work with us on global error analysis and error elimination. However we cannot estimate when we will be back to 100% performance. As soon as we can say more we will give asap an update on it.
