Outage Details

The DASH Foundation has released an emergency upgrade that includes breaking changes as mentioned here: https://github.com/dashpay/dash/releases/tag/v19.1.0 and https://twitter.com/Dashpay/status/1660726445574848512. We expect the recovery to take several hours, and operations may be impacted for ~10-12 hours. Please ignore the previous 'Resolved' update. We will update once the upgrade completed on Dash blockchain.
