This incident has been resolved.
EOS blockchain is experiencing global disruption and stability issues. Kindly note that this is not a Fireblocks-specific issue.
While the chain is on the path to stability and recovery:
1. Fireblocks customers will be able to initiate outgoing transactions. Withdrawals will be delayed.
2. Fireblocks customers will NOT be able to create new EOS wallets.
3. Fireblocks customers will not get notified about incoming EOS transactions.
4. Fireblocks customers will be able to see updated balances for EOS wallets by manually refreshing the balance (via Console or API).
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Our transaction processing infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue that is causing issues with finalizing transactions on the EOS blockchain. We are actively investigating this issue.
