Starting at approximately 05.08.2026, 00:30 CEST (04.08.2026, 22:30 UTC), customers using the SIGN DE v2 TEST system may again be experiencing an elevated number of 5XX errors. This appears to be a recurrence of the issue reported on 03.08.2026–04.08.2026 (https://status.fiskaly.com/incidents/xf14bzp447t4).
This issue only affects the TEST environment used for integration testing. The LIVE (productive) environment and live signing operations are not affected.

The issue affecting the SIGN DE v2 TEST system has been resolved. The root cause has been identified and fixed, and we do not expect a recurrence of this behaviour.
Requests to the TEST environment are processing normally again. The LIVE (productive) environment and live signing operations were not affected at any point.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused during integration testing.
