Outage Details

A few of the Trade Desk connectors are failing with the below error: "Failed to log in with the provided credentials. Check that your username and password are correct and try again" We're investigating further. As a workaround, please try to re-authorize the connectors.

The issue was from The Trade Desk API; we've contacted them to get more information. It looks like they fixed the issue from their end, and the connectors are getting back to normal. We'll continue to monitor the syncs.

A few of the Trade Desk connectors are failing with the below error:

"Failed to log in with the provided credentials. Check that your username and password are correct and try again"
