Fivetran: Connections in some cloud service provider regions are intermittently missing scheduled sync runs

Connections in impacted Azure regions have been running syncs as expected with the increased infrastructure resources.

Rescheduled sync runs for connections in GCP us-east4 are running as expected. A follow-up internal investigation is ongoing to investigate the rescheduling behavior.

We have increased our infrastructure resources in the impacted Azure regions. We are monitoring to ensure connections run syncs according to schedule.

Connections running in the GCP us-east4 region are still running according to schedule. Regularly scheduled sync runs are intermittently rescheduling themselves to restart their sync runs. Restarted sync runs are running as expected.

We have identified an issue causing some connections to miss their scheduled sync runs intermittently. Some connections running in the following regions are impacted:

Azure:
- eastus2
- westeurope

GCP:
- US-East4

We are currently investigating further.
