Incident Summary
Description:
We identified an issue for Instagram Business, which resulted in syncs rescheduling due to failing API calls.

Timeline:
This issue began on May 27th at 06:00 UTC and was resolved on May 27th at 07:48 UTC.

Cause:
We released an update to the Instagram Business Connector, which caused an unexpected error from the API due to a certain parameter not returned data older than 2 years.

Resolution:
Our Connector automatically detected the error and reverted the change after rescheduled sync runs, ensuring syncs then progressed successfully.

The hotfix has been deployed, and we are monitoring the results.

We are in the process of deploying a hotfix to roll back changes that have resulted in the connection sync failure

The issue has been identified and we are working to resolve it.
