Since releasing the hotfix, we have seen the number of pending syncs reduce back to the normal level. We do not expect any further delayed syncs related to this issue.

The root cause of the issue has been identified as an issue with passing requests between Fivetran's orchestrator service.
We have deployed a hotfix which is expected to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor for delayed syncs.
