Description:
Multiple Front connectors were failing due to an issue with contact_group endpoint

This issue began on Sep 01, 2025 at 13:30 UTC and was resolved at 15:30 UTC.
Cause:
The issue was caused by a bug introduced in a recent code change.
Resolution:
We resolved the issue by rolling back the change, which restored normal functionality.
