Incident Summary

Description:
We identified an issue impacting the folder endpoint, where API calls were returning a 403 error. This was linked to the Labels feature due to recent permission restrictions. As a temporary measure, we skipped the affected tables (sub_folder_form, folder_form, folder, sub_folder) to ensure the rest of the data sync process could continue without interruption. The issue was actively investigated and resolved in collaboration with the source team.

Timeline:
This issue began on Sep 02, 2025, at 13:32 UTC and was resolved at 17:39 UTC.

Cause:
The 403 errors were caused by new permission restrictions introduced as part of the Labels feature, which blocked access to folder-related API endpoints

Resolution:
We mitigated the issue by skipping the impacted tables to maintain sync stability. After confirming with Jotform support, we found that the folder system has been replaced by the Labels feature with updated API endpoints. We plan to update our connector to use these new APIs as a long-term fix to ensure continued compatibility. Once the new feature is developed, we’ll notify users via email and include the update in our release notes.
