The issue began on 23 December at 11:30 AM UTC and was resolved at 12:54 PM UTC.
Cause:
The sync failures occurred due to a service outage on the Sage Intacct platform.

Resolution:
The Sage Intacct team has resolved the outage and restored the service. Once the service was back online, Fivetran connections automatically recovered, and subsequent sync jobs have been completing successfully.
Sage Intacct has restored services on their end, and affected connections have started recovering.
