Description:
Sage Intacct connections were failing with the error: The Sage Intacct server encountered an unknown failure that prevented it from fulfilling our request. We'll retry the sync later.
Timeline:
The issue began on 23 December at 11:30 AM UTC and was resolved at 12:54 PM UTC.
Cause:
The sync failures occurred due to a service outage on the Sage Intacct platform.

Resolution:
The Sage Intacct team has resolved the outage and restored the service. Once the service was back online, Fivetran connections automatically recovered, and subsequent sync jobs have been completing successfully.
