We've started to see the number of errors like this drop significantly due to HubSpot rolling out a fix.
We'll continue to monitor this to ensure all is well.

These failures appear to be caused by an outage on the HubSpot side which is being tracked here - https://status.hubspot.com/incidents/v3hv6bk5l7d1
We are currently trying to identify possible workarounds.
