The backlog is steadily decreasing, and our team has identified enhancements that will be implemented in the near future to prevent recurrence. We are actively monitoring to ensure successful backlog processing.

We have identified an issue affecting a subset of our customers in the EU region, where the affected customers may have experienced delays or failures in processing compliance imports.
