Incident Description: We are currently addressing an issue impacting inventory data processing for IT Asset Management (ITAM) services in the EU region. While the system remains accessible, inventory data uploads have been delayed, which may affect the availability of updated inventory information. Priority: P2 Our technical teams identified that a key processing service was halted. The service has been restarted, and inventory data processing has resumed. A backlog of data is currently being cleared at a steady rate. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as progress continues.
