We have investigated the issue and can confirm a brief spike in processing times between 06:01 - 06:07 UTC.
This was due to a Cloud provider incident, for which we are currently monitoring to ensure there is no further impact.

The Cloud Providers Incident has been resolved as of 13:00 UTC
We have confirmed, following a period of monitoring, that the service has returned to normal processing and no further degradation has been observed.

While the Cloud Provider implemented recovery actions, we observed another brief increase in processing times for Form3 – UK Instant and a short spike in admission timeouts for Form3 – SEPA Instant.
Form3 continues to monitor the situation while the Cloud Provider works on a permanent fix.
