A third-party cloud infrastructure issue affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EMEA region is currently impacting Endpoint Management (EMS) and Portal access for some customers. Conditions are improving and associated alarms are beginning to clear. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely. AWS has confirmed the connectivity resolution in the US-WEST-2 Region. Between 10:55 and 11:15 UTC, all routes were fully restored by 11:59 UTC and service metrics returned to normal. Conditions on our side have improved and associated alarms are clearing.
The issue has been resolved and all AWS services are operating normally.

We have confirmed that the AWS incident in the US West (Oregon) region is related to the connectivity impact affecting our EMEA regions. AWS has acknowledged: "We are seeing initial signs of recovery and continue to work toward full recovery." We are currently observing intermittent flapping of network connectivity and will continue to monitor until services are fully stable.

The provider has posted a status update referencing impact in their US West (Oregon) region; it is not yet confirmed whether this relates to the connectivity impact observed here. A spike is also visible in third-party outage trackers (DownDetector), and we have filed a ticket with the provider. At this time services appear stable and we are awaiting full resolution of the alarms observed as a result of this incident. We will continue to monitor.
