4/26 - Continued Issue of Excessive Duplicate Email Notifications

We confirmed that the fix has been working effectively, and we are proceeding to mark this issue as Solved.

Please note that in a few isolated cases involving specific email domains, some throttling of email traffic has occurred. As a result, a very small number of users within those domains may continue to experience a few duplicate messages until all email messages are cleared.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. As part of the final clean-up process, some users may still receive one or two additional duplicate emails. This is expected, and you should not experience ongoing duplicate messages moving forward.
As a precaution, we will continue to monitor our systems closely throughout the weekend to ensure the issue does not recur.
