A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

A quote from provider:
This outage is caused by damaged fibers which are allegedly caused by acts of sabotage. This has led to a significant reduction of network capacity and hence congestion in the network.

At least 10 cables from several major cable operators have been cut and field teams are currently joining forces to make sure a clear entity of the damage is established.



In parallel, repair teams are currently at several locations where cuts have been confirmed, joining forces and already working to repair the fibers as quickly as possible. Due to the unusual circumstances and nature of the faults, it is very difficult to be able to provide an ETR at the moment. We hope to have your understanding.
