Streaming Platform | Video Hosting is not available for self-created accounts

This incident has been resolved.

On February 9, technical work was carried out to increase the level of protection and security of Streaming Platform. One of the system accounts has been migrated to a new safe zone. All systems worked normally, monitoring showed no problems. However, these same settings, under certain circumstances, did not allow some new users to upload their video files in one of the European data centers.

Feb 9 and Feb 10 monitoring detected some issues, which were solved manually.
Feb 13 16:26 UTC monitoring alerted unavailability of the service for several clients.
Feb 13 17:43 UTC issue was solved.

We are currently experiencing performance's partial outage.

If you yourself created an account after February 10, then it is impossible to upload files to it.
Previously created accounts are not affected and work without degradation.
