The launch of new streams was broken at 15:35 UTC, or rather passing streams to transcoding. Also, this affected approximately 30% of previously started streams with an option "24/7". If you used general non-continuous streams, or restreaming, or just recording, then they worked correctly.

Investigation showed non-standard problem in mechanism of starting of transcoding.

16:20 UTC issue was resolved, all functionality has been returned to working condition.

We are pleased to inform you that our Engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue. However, we are still closely monitoring the situation to ensure stable performance.

We will provide you with an update as soon as we have confirmed that the issue has been completely resolved.

We are currently experiencing a partial outage in our service's performance, which may result in partial unavailability for users. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

For some .m3u8 and .mpd manifests you can receive 404 or 502 instead of data.
