We are pleased to inform you that our engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve Live Transcoding in all regions.

Live transcoding and delivery are stable. However, we are still closely monitoring the situation to ensure stable performance. 

We will provide you with an update as soon as we have confirmed that the issue has been completely resolved.

We'd like to let you know that our engineering team has successfully located the issue that is affecting API. Incorrect operation of API caused problems with setting tasks for live transcoding. The problem has been identified.

Our team is now fully focused on rectifying the situation.

We are currently experiencing a partial outage in our service's performance, which may result in partial unavailability for users. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Partially on live streams, when requesting a manifest a 404 error may be returned.
