Horizon Contact

We have restarted one of the servers supporting the Contact platform, following some performance issues, and have seen service restore from circa 11.52am. We would ask impacted customers to retest and report if they are still seeing issues. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will move this notice to close at 3pm should we see no further reports.

Dear partner we have received multiple reports of some users on Contact not being able to make or receive calls, not being able to change status and actively connected calls being disconnected. The team are investigating as a priority and we will provide a further update by 1pm.
