SIP SBC's Fault

Following the change made this morning we have continued to see traffic routing successfully across SBCs.
As we have received no further reports we will close this incident at 3pm

Our engineering team have identified the root cause of the issue affecting sw2217 & sw4355 and have implemented a change.
We have now started to see successful traffic across both sbcs and will continue to monitor the traffic.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
