Inbound Calls Failing

Microsoft have confirmed that their fix was successful and has seen consistent traffic throughout the evening.
Gamma has also seen service return to normal.

Microsoft have identified the issue and have made a modification to the auto attendant application. They are now seeing improvements in the service with calls routing. Microsoft will continue to monitor the service levels to ensure the fix remains successful.

Microsoft has identified a potential authentication token issue that may be contributing to the impact and is currently troubleshooting the issue. A further update will be provided at 21:00.

We have received an influx of calls relating to inbound calls failing on Microsoft Operator Connect.

We have received notification from Microsoft under reference TM1022107 that users may experience failures on inbound calls to MS teams provisioned with auto attendants and call queues.

Microsoft are currently investigating and we will be monitoring their updates.
