Virgin have confirmed that affected services should now be restored. Please retest and if you are still experiencing issues, call into the desk on 03330145333. We will close this notice at 19:00.

Investigations are ongoing with Virgin and they are health checking services while working to fix this issue as a priority. Services are continuing to improve and the majority of services are recovering. We will provide a further update at 18:00.

Virgin are still working to fully resolve this fault. We are beginning to see positive reports across our customer base, however, we still do not have confirmation that this issue is fully fixed. We will provide a further update at 17:00.

Virgin are continuing to investigate and are working on a fix plan to restore service. While some customers are seeing their services return to normal, full recovery has not been confirmed. We will provide a further update at 16:00.
