Following the changes made last night we have seen platform, reporting and wallboard performance remain stable through this morning's peak traffic period.
We are monitoring the position closely and will move this notice to close at 16:00 today if we see no further reports of issues.

We continue to work on the issues surrounding reporting and wallboards and have made changes to the platform to improve performance but are aware certain companies are still experiencing delays.
Further changes are being made tonight to improve reporting performance ahead of tomorrow.

We apologise for a brief issue with some users being logged out at 15:13 this was due to some remediation work on the platform to improve the wallboard and reporting performance.
Users should be able to log back in without issue, please re-test.

After further changes on the platform, we are seeing iterative improvements in the performance of wallboards and reporting.

We are closely monitoring the platform and continue to see stability for core performance this morning however wallboards are operating with a delay and users may experience issues accessing reports.

After further engineering work through the evening, we believe the platform will remain stable and wallboards will function as normal this morning. Users may experience issues accessing reports. Our engineers and developers have made a number of changes to the infrastructure supporting reporting and wallboards seeing improved performance. Our team are continuing to work on this through the night and will make further changes as required. We will provide a further update by 8AM tomorrow morning. We have seen the Horizon Contact remain stable following recovery actions taken by our engineering team and see performance on the platform operating as normal. Reporting and wallboards are not showing data from 10:48AM onwards this morning.
Our engineering and development teams are actively engaged and reviewing the issue, we will provide a further update at 20:00 or sooner if one is available.

After action taken this morning to alleviate the login issues on the platform we have seen users log back in without issue and we anticipate this will remain stable. We recognise the performance of the platform is slower than normal and this is actively under investigation. We will provide a further update at 16:30 or sooner if one is available.
