Following our previous update, monitoring continues to show successful calls routing via EE.
EE has confirmed the fix they implemented on their network has resolved the P1 incident.
Our teams will continue to monitor the traffic over the weekend. We ask customers to retest and report any issues to the service desk.
This notice will close at 14:00.

Following our previous update, EE has confirmed they made a change on their network early this morning in a effort to restore services.
Initial observations of traffic are positive with the call success rate reaching normal levels.
We continue to monitor traffic levels as we progress into the day and wait for additional updates from EE.

Traffic monitoring still shows mixed results with a number of calls still having issues.
Gamma await an update from EE on the progress of their investigation.

We have observed a large increase of successful outbound calls to EE destinations as EE continue working on restoring services and Interconnects.
Gamma will continue to monitor outbound traffic to EE and provide a further update by 9pm or sooner should an update become available

EE are continuing to work on restoring services including re-introducing Interconnects. Over the past hour we have continued to observe small amounts of successful traffic between Gamma and EE.

EE have confirmed that they restarted equipment to restore services and are reintroducing various interconnects whilst monitoring traffic.
They have advised that they are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues identified.
Gamma continues to monitor traffic to EE and have started to see small amounts of successful traffic.

We have observed a large volume of outbound traffic to EE destinations failing as of 10:20.
We have reported this to EE who have confirmed that they are aware of an issue and are currently investigating it.

We will continue to monitor traffic levels into the working day tomorrow before fully closing the incident.

EE have confirmed that they are continuing to investigate a P1 incident on their network. We are aware that this is also impacting other networks from making calls to EE numbers

We are currently receiving a higher number of tickets related to outbound call failures to EE numbers.
EE have confirmed that they are currently investigating a P1 incident on their network which is causing these failures and are working to rectify this issue.
