Following weekend monitoring, it has been confirmed that the functionality has returned to normal.

Following our previous update Gamma engineers working with our technology partner have deployed a fix to correct the collaborate login issues.
Testing on Gamma’s side has shown login functionality has returned to normal.
Gamma will continue to monitor the network over the weekend and into the working day on Monday before fully closing the incident. If you experience issue logging into collaborate, please raise via the service desk.
A further/final update will be provided at 09:30am on Monday 11th August 2025 or sooner should more information become available.

Following our previous update, engineers continue to work on restoring the collaborate login functionality and have engaged our technology partner to assist.

Following our previous update our engineers believe they have identified the cause of the login issue and are working on deploying a tactical fix to various network components to restore login capability.

Following our previous update, our engineers continue to investigate the re-occurrence of the collaborate login failures.
It’s believed the issue is related to this morning’s fault however the new issue is of a different nature and requires further investigation.

Post incident monitoring has indicated that there are still some issues with Collaboration login. The Incident Management process has been reinstated and our engineers are investigating the issue.
We'll continue to work on this and will provide our next update by 15:00

Our engineers have completed their fix - They are no longer seeing login failure alerts. Could all affected users please reattempt login and report any issues to the service desk
