Cirrus confirmed that they have completed the fix at 16:30. Normalised agent and call behaviour have been seen since then. We request that all affected customers retest. If you are still experiencing issues, please call into the desk. We will close this notice at 18:00.

Cirrus have identified the issue which relates to a backlog of messaging causing erratic call and agent behaviour. Cirrus are currently working to clear this, which should result in normal behaviour once complete. We will provide a further update at 17:30.

We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Cirrus platform where users are experiencing issues with call delivery performance and delays in UI. Cirrus are engaging with their incident response team to work towards a resolution. The next update will be provided at 17:00.
