Following our last update, Virgin has confirmed that services have been restored. The transmission team identified a configuration issue, which was resolved to bring services back online. All services have been tested and are confirmed to be alarm and error-free, operating at optimal specifications. Gamma will continue to monitor the services before closing this incident at 3pm. We apologise for the impact to partners and customers during this time.

Following our last update, the Virgin transmission team has detected remote link fault alarms on two transmission cards at the same site. A field engineer is currently on-site conducting physical tests. The next update is expected at 1:30pm or sooner. Thank you for your patience at this time.

Following an investigation, our partner provider Virgin Media has identified a suspected fibre issue with their transmode device, impacting multiple NE services. An engineer has been dispatched to the site for testing, with an estimated arrival time of 12pm. The next update will be provided by 1pm
