 The range holder has made changes to their network and we are seeing successful calls across our network, we are continuing to monitor these calls. Thank you for your patience while we worked on this . Please note this notice will be closed at 5pm if there are no further reports.

The range holder has confirmed their engineers are currently investigating the issue and are working to resolve the problem.
A further update will be at 16:30 or sooner should more information become available.

We are receiving reports of calls to ported in numbers failing where the range holder is Voip Un-Limited.
Our engineers have concluded this fault is occurring with the range holder and we have engaged the range holders engineers to investigate and resolve this issue.
A further update will be  at 15:00 or sooner should more information be available.
