Call failures with ported numbers from Virgin Media

Further to the last update service remains stable. 
We will continue to monitor and liaise with the Operator for a root cause analysis.

We have received an update that the issue should be resolved, with customers confirming that they are seeing traffic on 01709 ranges. 
We are waiting on confirmation from Virgin that this is fully resolved and will close this down once this has been acknowledged.

We are currently receiving reports of call failures for numbers ported in from Virgin Media, specifically affecting area code 01709.
We have escalated this with Virgin and this is currently being investigated. 
A further update will be provided by 1pm, or sooner should more information be received.
