This incident has been resolved.
The quota issue began at 15:30 CET due to a deployment change. Emails sent to Gandimail mailboxes with more than 1 GB of used storage were rejected up to 16:31 CET and email sender received a notice: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender.
The issue has been found and fixed.
During the incident, emails sent to the Gandimail mailboxes were rejected due to issue on quota calculation.
At 16:31 CET, our quota system is now working correctly. Emails sent to Gandimail mailboxes are now received.
We have identified an issue on the Gandimail platform with the mailbox quota. We are investigating.
