GatewayAPI experienced a major outage affecting toll-free messaging services to the United States and Canada for 10.8 hours due to issues with an external provider. The incident impacted multiple carrier networks, with AT&T service restored first while other networks remained non-functional for an extended period. The issue was fully resolved with all toll-free messaging services restored to normal operation.
