Support has addressed the issues on the affected accounts (which seems to have been limited to CoS-IT employees), including some CSR VPN inaccuracies and incorrect roles for a very small number of people. The needed GRS change was applied this morning and GRS is still re-applying everything back to the affected accounts.

Until it is complete, some affected users are still unable to reach or log in to IT systems/services. But these problems should slowly be resolved for them over the next few hours.
